PROTECTIVE COATINGS

Industrial corrosion protection in extreme locations

Abseil Access are specialists in protecting structures from New Zealand's harshest conditions.

New Zealand's intense UV light and extreme weather conditions mean that protecting and maintaining buildings and other structures is a constant struggle. Important communications and infrastructural installations are often located on mountaintops or exposed coasts, in remote locations where the weather is at its worst and access is difficult.

Abseil Access are proven experts in applying specialist coatings on hard-to-access installations such as radio towers, lighthouses and radomes.

We make it a priority for our staff to keep and improve on up-to-date trades and specialist qualifications. These include: coating inspection, waterblasting, spray application, powertool cleaning, concrete repair, and sealant application.

Rope-based access is also ideal for undertaking spot corrosion inspections and repair.

Because we operate in remote areas, we know that good communication is vital to success. We listen carefully to our clients; on isolated off-shore islands, on-the-job clarifications or second-guessing is not an option. Our suppliers have come to rely on us for working to specifications and with excellent quality assurance procedures.

We take a professional and engineering-based approach to each project. Our teams are used to working in remote and hazardous regions, and have a safety record second to none. Even in the worst conditions, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
